Oak
Common oak (Quércus róbur) and sessile oak (Quércus pétraea) are both beauty and durability standards, hence there is always a high demand for oakwood for construction and decoration needs. This type of wood is very resistant to moisture and fungi, making it suitable for both outside and inside use. Today oak is mostly used for furniture making and flooring.
IrgaGroup oakwood processing facilities are situated in Millerovo, Rostov region. The favourable location makes it possible to use timber both from the Central Russia (Voronezh, Belgorod, Lipetsk and Tambov regions) as well as Krasnodar region and Northern Caucasia.
The facilities are equipped with the up-to-date machinery imported from Europe. The oak wood is dried in-company. Thanks to years of expertise and the use of the latest technologies we are able to dry thinner timber, which is used by us to produce lamellas (sawn veneer) and floor coverings.
Presently we produce dry cut timber (with natural moisture content or any other content the client requests), lamellas (sawn veneer) and spliced glued panels. As well as that, we produce other products for our clients.
